2008 Boot Camp
Registration is currently available as a part of the annual conference registration process.  The rate for Boot Camp is $150.  This fee includes training materials as well as breakfast on December 9 and 10, and lunch on December 9.

2008 Mid-Level Workshop
Registration fee for the workshop is due by November 16, 2008. A $50 late fee will be added after that date. The registration fee includes all instructional materials and meals. Room reservations and travel arrangements are NOT included in workshop fee. A registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail and detailed workshop information will be forwarded to each participant. The registration fee is $100. Cancellation Fee Schedule: $25 - Through November 30; $50 - after November 30.
