2008 Exhibitor/Vendor Opportunities

Important Instruction
  • Want to change your Contribution? - if you have already submitted a request form, and want to make changes, select the revise option. Entering a completely new form will erase your previous choices.

  • Returning to submit a form for another organization? - Your Exhibitor/Vendor Opportunity is connected to your UserID. If you are submitting requests for multiple organizations, you MUST have a user profile in the database for each organization.

  • Need help? Contact support@swasfaa.org.
  • This is a multi-part form and is not complete until you reach the final invoice page.
  • Login
    I AM NOT in the SWASFAA database
    Your next screen (Part 2) will be a blank Member Profile page. Select a password. Do not use personal information for your password since this will be emailed to you. You will receive a copy of your Username and Password by email, following your initial login. Use these for any future logins. Complete the form and click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

    I AM in the SWASFAA database
    Fill in your Username and Password. Your next screen (Part 2) will be your Member Profile as it currently appears in the database. You may change your password and make any other necessary corrections. Click "Continue" to go to Part 3.
  • Revise Your Contribution
    If you are returning to revise yourContribution, please use the "Revise Existing Contribution" section below. Enter your Username and Password. Part 2 is your Member Profile. In Part 3, your previous selection(s) will be shown. Make any necessary changes. Your previously entered information will be deleted and replaced with the new.
  • Cancel Your Contribution
    Cancelling your Contribution? Select "Cancel Contribution " and enter your Username and Password. Your Contribution will be deleted from the records and cannot be recovered.
