The annual conference is the premiere SWASFAA event of the year. Join over 200 FAAs from across Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas to hear the latest updates in the industry. You will hear from NASFAA leadership as well as FSA Trainers and will have an opportunity to explore ways to streamline your office by visiting with our exhibitors.


If you are an institutional member, the cost is only $275 through October 18. This year, the conference will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana November 13-15, 2019.

New Orleans, Louisiana is our host city of our 2019 SWASFAA Conference. Brimming with culture, food and music, you'll not run out of things to do on your own in New Orleans.

Explore the French Quarter and wander around the shops and restaurants. Tour the National WWII Memorial Museum if you're a history buff. Make sure to stop by the famous Cafe Du Monde (open 24/7) for some delicious beignets and a cafe au lait. Stroll by the Mississippi or take a river boat cruise. Visit the famous cities of the dead and find eerily beautiful  above ground tombs.
